CGIs for Extension to Ocean Grill Restaurant - Southampton

Cityscape Architecture came to us with a problem. All of the designs and drawings for a new extension to the Ocean Grill were ready but planning approval hadn't been given.

In order to make the final push we developed a range of CGIs for them to use to both for planning permission and use as potential ad for the new space.

We were able to produce an external view (as shown) of the new extension in the existing space, 5 internal images of the new extension and bar as well as a video walkthrough of the new space - as part of our extension package with some additions.

All we needed to complete this project was the plans and elevations of the suggested new build, site photographs and any other details regarding the interior specifications.
