UPDATE: Help to Buy – Act Before October

Earlier this year, we wrote: Help to Buy – act before December with advice for buyers who want to use the scheme before it ends. We have a big update: the cut-off date has been agreed...and it's much sooner than anyone anticipated.
Confirmed Deadlines for Help to Buy:
- 31 October 2022, 6pm: homes must be reserved and applications must be submitted now.
- 31 March 2023: scheme ends – homebuyer must be the legal, contractual owner of the home to qualify for the scheme.
