NRG Focus Ltd are specialists in providing TM44 Air Conditioning Inspection services, serving the whole of the UK. The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) require the TM44 inspection of air conditioning systems in buildings with a cooling capacity over 12kW. 

The Energy Performance of Buildings Regulation (EPBR) require the air conditioning inspections to be completed every five years for systems put in place on or after January 1st, 2008.
