Thinking of selling your business or pub?

NO SALE NO FEE
NO UPFRONT CHARGES

Our fees are very competitive, and no fee becomes payable until contracts are exchanged for a sale.

No "up front" charges. We do not require any payment or marketing charge in advance.

Our competitive fee includes all the costs of advertising and marketing because we expect to sell your property.

We will:

  • Visit you in confidence for a consultation and provide an opinion without obligation.
  • Produce full property details approved by yourself with photographs.
  • Where desired, advertise your property using a range of media including the Morning Advertiser, Daltons, Businesses for Sale, RightBiz, Prime Location, RightMove, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn - Regional, national and world wide exposure.
  • As appropriate, seek further exposure through the press and trade papers with publicity releases.
  • Immediately send details of your property to thousands of active buyers registered with us.
  • Provide professional advice and assistance from the date of first contact until your sale is completed, and beyond.
