It gives me great pleasure to announce Coyote has been acquired by InvestorFlow, the industry-leading cloud-based platform for alternative investment firms. 

This acquisition marks an important milestone in our journey. Joining forces with InvestorFlow presents incredible opportunities for growth and innovation. As part of InvestorFlow, we will have access to greater resources, expertise, and networks that will enable us to accelerate our vision and better serve our customers.

An introduction to InvestorFlow

InvestorFlow is the leading private markets industry cloud that turns relationships into capital, knowledge into investment opportunities, and collaboration into lasting partnerships. Why this deal made sense

The deal builds on InvestorFlow’s strategic combination with Cloud Theory to form a complete suite for private market firms to turn relationships into capital, knowledge into investment opportunities, and collaboration into lasting partnerships. 

Alongside the InvestorFlow team, Coyote can extend its capabilities into fundraising and investor relations. This will provide deeper and more granular reporting for clients that demand real-time transparency and insights as we expand this capability to new and emerging private asset types. 

Most importantly, it gives us the resources and tools to continue providing innovative new commercial real estate solutions and better serve our existing customers. 

Looking to the future 

It’s extremely exciting to consider the potential this deal brings. At a time when the private markets industry needs to be able to examine its data in detail and make stronger assumptions for critical investment decisions, InvestorFlow and Coyote’s combined offerings have the power to completely transform the industry’s status quo. 

We’re hugely grateful to the customers who have supported us through this journey and ultimately co-created this product with us. And we’re incredibly excited now to be able to double down, to invest more and to be able to build more great features. We want to continue that through our next chapter with investor flow and build more great software to add value to them.
