Significant Land Sale Completes in Colchester

Our Residential Development Agency team has successfully overseen an exchange of contracts on a significant strategic land sale in Stanway, Colchester, Essex to Weston Homes Plc on behalf of one of its long-standing private landowner clients, R.F. West Ltd.
The deal has been agreed on a ‘subject to planning’ basis and will deliver a new housing scheme of approximately 580 new homes within an exemplar and sensitively designed setting and extensive green spaces that will maintain the protection of some historic hedgerows within an established wildlife corridor.
