Decades, a closed town centre nightclub in the Oakengates district of Telford, Shropshire, has been let through specialist business property adviser, Sidney Phillips.

Decades is situated in the thriving conurbation of Telford, stands aside the M54 and is a cluster of former towns and villages set around the new town centre. Oakengates is one of the original villages but now a thriving district of Telford and has previously been noted for its leisure circuit scene.

Decades has traded as a 540 capacity nightclub for many years, having being converted from a church in 1994 and developed to provide trading areas over three floors with the ground and first floor being able to trade independently of the basement.

The property has now been let on a new agreement to a church group with an option to purchase, which will see the property converted back into a church.
