Shoothill are pleased to announce the launch of a project for Base Architecture & Design, a multi-award winning firm with offices in Shrewsbury, Chester, and Conwy. The project involves the design, development, launch and maintenance of a sophisticated project management application to assist Base’s day-to-day business operations.

The system will allow the allocation of tasks to be assigned to team members, streamlining the company’s resource management. The system will be bespoke, so will parallel Base’s unique service delivery operations.

Simon Jeavons, Chief Operating Officer & Director at Shoothill, said:

“Base Architects are a pleasure to work with. We are getting to know the people and the business, and are tailoring their system to suit their needs. We can’t wait to see the many benefits this system will have both short term and long term”.

Custom CRM (customer relationship management) features, such as notes and follow-up tasks, will allow the system to host all communication information relating to a quote or a project, to ensure all internal parties can access relevant information in real-time.

Harry Reece, Managing Director at Base Architects, stated that:

“Shoothill have been attentive, professional and understanding. We are looking forward to seeing the impact of integrating the finalised system into our daily operations”.

Shoothill have been delivering projects for companies ranging from SMEs to blue-chip company clients for 16 years, boosting their operational efficiency and profitability with a wide range of digital solutions.
