Savills has announced its Reading team will move to a new office at Forbury Square.

The team will relocate later this year from Napier Court to 3,704 sq ft on the ground floor of One Forbury Square.

The Grade A office building was comprehensively refurbished in 2018 and includes a modern reception and lobby along with secure parking and cycle storage.

Phil Brown, head of Savills Reading, said: “Savills first moved into Reading in 2013 with a small specialist team of 13 staff. Over the years, we have grown considerably to become a market leader, employing over 40 staff and offering expertise across a range of services, including residential development sales, lettings, planning, development, valuations and occupier services.

“Thanks to the success of our business, we have been eyeing up a move for a while. Finding the right space in the right location was, of course, paramount, and we are absolutely thrilled to have secured One Forbury Square, which ticks all the boxes for our team now and in the future.

“As we gear up for a move in later in the year, we very much look forward to welcoming clients and continuing on our positive trajectory as we settle into our new home.”
