Retail Lettings & Acquisitions January 2022

Posted by Star Property on 7th February 2022 -

title

January 2022 has started well with a lot of activity across the retail marketplace, as businesses look to move forward and finally put Covid behind them.

We have seen good demand for retail units in the sector around £15-25,000pa as everywhere starts to get back to normal.

There are extensive requirements for food use, cafe/coffee shop/ Hot food takeaway units and with suitable units in short supply, this demand looks set to continue further into the year. If you have a property that is potentially coming to the market, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

At Star Property we also carry out a lot of acquisition work, having built long-standing relationships with our clients, we always have investment/ development requirements to fill.

If you have a property that you are considering selling and would like a professional buyer who can offer a quick turnaround with no messing around, then please get in touch to discuss arranging a valuation.
