Residential Property Management Agent of the Year

At a time when many events and awards have been cancelled or postponed, we are thrilled to announce that we have secured the Residential Property Management Agent of the Year accolade at this years Midlands Residential Property Awards (MRPA). Due to restrictions imposed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic there was no awards ceremony this year but organisers Insider Media Limited were keen to honour the key projects, people and businesses who triumphed in 2020.
Commenting on Encore's submission for the awards, the judges said: "Encore showed exceptional attention to detail when turning around some pretty challenging ... homes. All the more credit to them for standing out in a very impressive shortlist."
Associate Director for Encore's Nottingham office Tom Hopson said: “This year has undoubtedly been a challenge for the residential property industry generally so this news couldn’t have come at a better time. We’re still servicing and managing our extensive portfolio with a home-based staff, so this is a fantastic achievement for the whole team - and great recognition of the work we are doing across the region.”
Speaking about the number of companies and projects that made the shortlist this year, Midlands Business Insider editor Kurt Jacobs said: "Even though it’s been a challenging year for the sector it’s still been an incredibly active one, and that’s reflected in the length of the shortlists.
"And each deserves to be there: the panel of high-profile judges made no concessions or dropped standards over Covid 19. In many categories they were very firm in deciding what should go through. It means each finalist is among the very best."
