The Agency Teams at Legat Owen have reported healthy enquiry levels following an initial dip at the start of Lockdown.

All sectors are now at or above enquiry levels pre-lockdown

The Industrial market remains the most bouyant with sales and lettings completing across all unit sizes from 500 sq ft starter units to 250,000 sq ft distribution facilities.

Industrial enquiry levels are at a 12 month high.

The office market is experiencing a trend for occupiers looking at small, flexible office suites for 1-5 people and larger enquiries are now starting to emerge to aid social distancing.

Retail has seen a flux of enquiries form start-up/independent businesses and an appetite for vacant freeholds.  The roadside/convenience market remains strong.
