Positive Lending, the multi-award-winning specialist packager, has announced four new key appointments as it continues to develop its growth and expansion plans. Alysha Mckinney and Jack Rutherford Mills join the company as Mortgage Advisers, while Sam Knight brings his expertise to the Underwriting team and Nicola Wright joins as Marketing Director.

Alysha Mckinney started her career in finance working with insurance at a major UK bank, before shifting gears to shadow mortgage advisors before gaining her CeMAP qualification and providing advice for a mortgage brokerage. Jack Rutherford-Mills also started his career at a large UK bank working for several years as a Personal Banking Manager before entering the mortgage world, with fast paced specialist mortgage advisor roles.

Sam Knight joins Positive Lending after many years in the underwriting and fraud teams with an unsecured lender with previous experience working with HSBC as a mortgage advisor and an Investment Consultant. Positive’s new Marketing Director Nicola Wright rounds up our new hires, joining with over 14 years’ experience working for global technology solutions providers and finance organisations.

Paul McGonigle, Chief Executive at Positive Lending, says: “We’re really excited for the addition of Alysha Mckinney, Jack Rutherford Mills, Sam Knight and Nicola Wright to the Positive family. We’re going through a dynamic period of growth and expansion, and these new hires play a key part in our vision for the future of the company. The wealth of knowledge and experience they each bring to the company will benefit our clients, customers and the company as a whole.”

By continuing to invest in the company and its staff, Positive Lending is well positioned to further its success, expand the expert advice and service it provides its clients and continue to provide award-winning mortgage solutions to the UK.
