Plans have been submitted to demolish the former offices of Santander in Bletchley and replace the building with 92 homes.
Under the plans submitted to Milton Keynes City Council by Hawridge Strategic Land, the derelict building on a 1.6-hectare site on the corner of Water Eaton Road and Buckingham Road, known as Buckingham House, will be replaced with a mix of 52 two, three and four-bedroom houses and 40 one and two-bedroom flats.
A total of 123 parking spaces will be provided.
The two-storey building has been vacant for five years when Santander relocated.
The team on the project includes Handforth Heritage as heritage consultant, CDS Planning as planning consultant and W J Macleod Architects on design.
