New Offer Up To GBP2500 Refunded for Legal and Valuation Fees!

One of our lenders is doing a promotion whereby any deal that they receive a full application for between NOW and the 5th November 2021 which then subsequently completes before the end of December 2021 will be entitled to a refund upon completion of up to £2,500 towards the lenders legal and valuation fees. (The borrower will still have to pay for their own legal fees).

This lender specialises in residential, commercial, mixed commercial and refurbishment bridging. Their interest rates are from 0.65% per month, up to 75% LTV, no exit fees and they lend on the OMV not the 180/90 day!
