Curchod & Co, instructed by a private landlord, have negotiated a mutually advantageous long term lease re-gear with Oakman Inns over the ‘Lost Boy’, 3 Downing Street, Farnham to incorporate a substantial tenant fitout by Oakman Inns.  Curchod & Co was able to combine its local market knowledge and asset management experience in dealing with this type of transaction to successfully complete and secure an increased income of £85,000 per annum for the landlord until 2045.
