New Capacity Deal Announced

Posted by Build-Zone on 17th November 2021 -

Leading Inherent Defects Insurance (Structural Warranty) provider, Build-Zone, has confirmed it has signed an exclusive deal with another A-Rated insurer this week, strengthening their offering even further.

Adding the new carrier to their already healthy panel of financially secure insurers, means Build-Zone can underwrite Residential, Mixed Use, Social Housing & Build-to-Rent UK Finance (CML) Approved Policies, as well as Student Accommodation and Commercial Developments, up to £360m in Contract Value/Reinstatement Cost on a full value basis, with no inner financial limits.

In a world where A-Rated capacity of any nature is extremely difficult to come by, this is another significant step for Build-Zone as they continue to offer Developers, Contractors, Home Owners, Investors, Lenders, Architects, Project Managers and Structural Engineers the long term protection their Developments & Homes require.
