The Aberceiros Inn, a closed pub situated in the Powys village of LLangamarch Wells has been sold through public house specialists Sidney Phillips.

Llangammarch Wells is the smallest of the spa towns of Mid Wales alongside Llantwyrd Wells, Builth Wells and Llandrindod Wells. The Spa town was focused on a barium well and the village is still popular with visitors and tourists especially Anglers with the River Irfon renowned for its fish stocks running right through the middle of the village to the front of the Aberceiros Inn.

The Aberceiros Inn is an attractive well maintained cottage style pub which has been extended over time, to provide a lounge bar and games room (30), separate restaurant and an outstanding four bedroom accommodation. In addition the property benefits from gardens, a modern built outbuilding, car parking and two interconnecting paddocks.

The premises has been closed since 2013, however Sidney Phillips have sourced a local first-time buyer who intends to reopen the pub for continued public house use, securing its position for years to come.

Sidney Phillips sold the Aberceiros Inn off a freehold asking price of £250,000.
