Insuring the built environment requires a huge amount of technical knowledge and experience.
Whether it’s risk surveying, regulatory knowledge, or being across of the cutting-edge in construction, LABC Warranty has to draw on deep wells of knowledge to work effectively.

That means employing a diverse technical team that can offer us specialist advice and experience when needed.

In this blog, we feature the key leadership figures from that team.

What the LABC Warranty technical team do

With a staff of more than 30 people, representing a variety of specialisms, the technical team ensure that LABC Warranty’s surveying teams in the field are up-to-date with the knowledge and skills they need to stay informed and effective on your sites.

That includes spotting emerging trends in warranty claims, keeping up to date on regulatory changes, lending expertise to internal warranty policy decisions, working with the leadership team on technical strategic direction and generally ensuring that LABC Warranty’s standards on site are raising industry standards.
