We are real, genuinely friendly business people with practical personal experience of running businesses of our own.

We’re not corporate financiers and we get a real kick from helping other business owners develop and grow their businesses. Our clients stay with us because they trust us and like what we do.

Put simply – we will help you if we can, and tell you honestly if we can’t help you, because sometimes, increasing your debt is not the best option and we will tell you.

Tim Savage

I’m Tim Savage and I’m the Managing Director. I’ve been in business as a Business Consultant, Business Coach, Finance Trainer and Business Growth Advisor for the last ten years.

Before that, I served in the Army for over twenty six years before retiring from HM Forces and going into industry. I’m the person who makes sure that you get the best possible service from us and who makes things happen behind the scenes.

Any problems – email me at [email protected] and I promise I’ll respond very quickly. That’s me and the missus Tracey below doing our favourite thing – walking along the coast near our home

another chilly day!

Jonny Kempsey

If you decide to work with us, you’ll probably get to know our Chief Broker Jonny Kempsey very well. He’s our expert in the field of financing for businesses and properties and he will be your main point of contact. Jonny is an award winning businessman, who now puts his knowledge to best use to help other businesses find the right finance deals for them.

He’s also one of the nicest blokes you will ever meet and he will certainly make sure that you don’t over stretch yourself financially. Jonny spends his spare time running around after his two children and running half marathons to try and keep fit. He’s also a bit of a five a side football star even though he may not look the part!

Chantal Shaw

Chantal Shaw, known as Channy, is one of our new Appointed Representatives. She’s a successful business woman in her own right and a mum to her young son.

Channy has spent the last three years working with Jonny learning the ropes. She’s supported Jonny with all back end stuff to help deals get over the line and been out and about visiting clients and helping us set up our internal systems. She’s a bit of a superstar to be honest and our clients simply adore her.

So in July 2020, we decided to offer her the position of an Appointed Representative. What does this mean? It means that she is now a self employed finance broker working with her own clients and with clients we’ve referred to her. All her work is monitored and checked and she’s building her business as one of our appointed representatives. If you’re lucky enough to work with Channy, be in no doubt that she understands business and what we can offer in the way of financing to help you.

Rhiannon Carpio

Rhiannon joined us in May 2020 as our first ever Appointed Representative. She has over ten years experience of working in the finance world and built a reputation as an utterly reliable and trustworthy individual who puts her clients first. We were delighted when she agreed to join us.

Rhiannon is a commercial finance specialist and knows her way around the market. She’s already supported and brokered a number of major deals through to completion since joining us. Rhiannon is also a mum to her two girls and is now building her own client list working through us.

Daniel Fitzhenry

With an abundance of experience, we are specialists brokers working with a select panel of lenders to find you the right deal.
