Taylor Herrick Recruitment is working exclusively with a growing house building region as they look to recruit an experienced Land Manager to based from their Milton Keynes office.

This house builder have an existing land bank and look to build on this as the company grows. This top 10 house builder is seeking only the best professionals at the top of their game and who are proven across the patch (Oxfordshire to Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire to North Hertfordshire). 

The successful Land Manager will need to have a proven track record in acquiring both brownfield and greenfield sites. Working closely with the Land Director, you will source a number of opportunities, manage the acquisition process and assist with appraisals. You will have an excellent network of contacts, communication and presentation skills, the ability to manage consultants and a good understanding of the planning process.

Ideally you will hold a BA/BSc (Hons) in Planning, Real Estate or equivalent relevant degree and be either a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or the Royal Town Planning Institute. This person will ideally have 3+ years' with a house builder previously .
