Tuckerman buys and sells income producing properties and development sites for Institutional clients as well as Property Companies, Family Offices, High Net Worth Individuals, Residential Developers and Housing Associations throughout Central and Greater London.

We advise on a broad range of asset types and sectors from secure well let properties to more adventurous part let and vacant active management propositions, with future rental growth. Acting as Asset Managers we aim to increase value via simple refurbishment, through to full redevelopment including obtaining planning consent for change of use.

We act as project coordinators bringing together a full team of experienced consultants from all disciplines providing a direct point of contact for our clients. As part of this process, we provide development consultancy encompassing detailed advice on the design of the scheme, development appraisals and analysis throughout the planning process, with the aim of enhancing the investment value and the profitability of the scheme.
