“It was perfect, as it was located so close to the city centre, the river and Ocean Village. I liked the idea of owning a new build flat, as I knew it would be ready to move in to straight away. Once I had reserved the property, things moved really quickly and thanks to Inland’s mortgage broker and staff, the whole process was completed and I moved in within just three weeks! It was all very smooth and straightforward. The new phases of development Inland is planning look good and the riverside walkway will be lovely. I also like my building – it’s really attractive and there were plants already in the ground on moving in day, which looked great. I’m really happy with the kitchen and all the appliances, and the neutral grey and white scheme. I also love the bathroom – it’s very spacious – and the en-suite is a real luxury. Everything about my apartment is such high quality, you can tell Inland have put a lot of effort into it. The whole experience has been really good – everything was on time and Inland were so helpful, even providing us with champagne and cold drinks on moving in day!
