How we've helped our clients - ‘Copa de Cava’ Bar

We were very luck to design this fabulous Cava bar-restaurant. The interiors complement the menu very well & make a welcoming contrast the other restaurants in the area, situated in a basement the light levels are constantly low & intimate, you could spend hours here without realising the time of day!

‘Copa de Cava’- The UK’s first dedicated Cava Bar- Discreetly located beneath Camino San Pablo and built amid the brick vaults, Copa de Cava will offer the widest range of cavas in London with around 25 different types.

The selection will include the finest brut, reserva and grand reserva cavas catering for the growing appetite in the UK for good quality cava. Alongside the variety of Cavas will be an extensive seafood and charcuterie menu, including navajas (razor clams, broad beans and chorizo) and carpaccio of fillet steak with capers and manchego shavings.

Exuding true authenticity throughout, the bar’s deep-arched brick ceiling evokes the traditional Spanish caves where cava is stored in bodegas across the Catalan region. Glass floor panels will also allow guests to peer down to the Cava cellar where thousands of bottles are stored.
