The site accesses from Fullers Road with a formal line of existing housing on the western and southern boundaries. The nature of the surrounding environment provides a natural progression for future development, to be supported by the sustainability of Rowledge village and Farnham town.
In partnership with the care operator C2PD, a planning application will forthcoming for an extra care Retirement Village.
This follows preliminary engagement held with Binsted Parish Council, East Hampshire District Council, Natural England and local residents. A Residents Flyer was published for comment in Summer 2020 and can be found at the following link.
A pre-application is due to be submitted in Spring 2021, before extensive engagement with the local community and resident groups through Spring/Summer 2021.
