Acting on behalf of Aberdeen Standard, Glenny has secured a letting at Enfield Distribution Park, an urban logistics development in North London.

Holland Bazaar, a cash and carry food wholesaler, has signed a new lease for Unit 2, a semi-detached 50,293 sq ft grade A warehouse, originally constructed in 2017. Other high-profile occupiers on the site include Farmdrop, DFS, and Beavertown. The last remaining plot within the development, Urban 51, will shortly be on site to provide a new detached high quality warehouse of 50,145 sq ft, which will be available from Q3 2022.

Peter Higgins, Divisional Partner at Glenny’s North London and Hertfordshire office said: “We’ve concluded a number of sizeable deals in North London this year including at Midpoint, Enfield and Brantwood Road, Tottenham. Grade A warehouses have proven hugely popular amongst occupiers who are looking for “future fit” space that will accommodate demand from the e-commerce market, while meeting ESG requirements.”
