Our Residential Development team has been instructed by the London Borough of Havering on two significant development opportunities in Essex.

In Upminster, we are marketing a rare opportunity to deliver a high-quality landmark residential development in an established town centre location. Located at Hall Lane, as seen in the aerial image, the 8.578 acre site is available for sale with freehold and has been granted outline planning consent for a residential scheme totalling 37 houses comprising a mix of three, four, and five bedrooms.

Situated in an affluent and desirable residential area close to Upminster Golf Club, the site is a short walk from the town centre which has strong road and rail connections in addition to a wide range of amenities.

A further freehold development opportunity for sale at Bretons Cottages in Essex has been brought to market. Currently vacant land, the 0.212 acre site has planning permission for four, semi-detached houses and is located on Rainham Road, part of the Bretons Outdoor Centre.

The area is largely residential, with schools, playing fields, and shops nearby. It also benefits from access to public transport, with Elm Park and Dagenham East stations in close proximity.

For further information on these development opportunities, please contact Keith Brelsford and Gavin Donn.
