Glenny Appointed to Market Railway Arches

The Arch Company has appointed Glenny’s Business Space Agency team to let a portfolio of 114 arch units in London, which together total 145,000 sq ft with a rent roll of £2.1 million per annum.
The Arch Company is the UK’s largest small business landlord serving thousands of businesses owners across the country. Since purchasing Network Rail’s former commercial property estate in 2019, the landlord - owned by Telereal Trillium and Blackstone Property Partners - has amassed a property portfolio of approximately 5,200 railway arches, business estates, former station buildings, and more. The diverse tenant community includes car mechanics, bakeries, restaurants, fitness studios, social enterprises, charitable organisations and others, who make a unique and vital contribution to the UK economy
Ranging from 500 to 3,000 sq ft, the railway arches being marketed by Glenny are located in the East London area and benefit from open warehouse space, roller shutter doors, and water and electricity supply.
