Furnished Garden Home Offices

The managing director of serviced office provider Gilbanks has launched a new business providing modular, furnished home offices for the garden.

Alex Duckett said that with many people expected to continue working from home post pandemic, MHOR Workspace offices would help promote better “work life separation”.

He added that the modular units would feature high-specification office furniture and offer fast and secure internet services.

The business is backed by a number of high net worth individuals and modular building company Moduloft, which will make the offices at a 100,000sq ft factory in Yorkshire.

The units are available to let from £299 per month, which Duckett said was cheaper than the average cost of a desk in London or regional cities and would allow occupiers to reduce their property overheads and offer staff a more flexible working pattern.
