Taylor Herrick Recruitment is working with a growing house builder based in Worcestershire who is seeking a proven and experienced Land Manager to join their team.

This award-winning company is seeking a talented and commercially orientated professional who wants to be rewarded with an excellent bonus and career progression. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and appraising sites, working closely with the Land Director and Land team but be able to work independently.

Due to the ambitious plans this company has, your role will be to support business and regional growth by acquiring new developments in prime locations across the vast patch (East and West Midlands, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire).

The successful professional must be a confident professional who will liaise with estate agents, landowners, local authorities and a number of internal departments.

Previous experience in a similar role working for a house builder / developer is essential. You will need to have a proven track record and experience in acquiring brownfield sites across the patch. You will be responsible for submitting to the Managing Director/ Land Director the weekly land up-date report. Also, to submit your own monthly land report for management meetings.

This Land Manager job is offering a competitive basic salary up to £65,000 plus car allowance, private health care, pension and excellent bonus scheme (upwards of £10,000 per site) and more.
