title

Andrew has worked in the retail space for his whole career. Before setting up his own consulting practice he was head of retail research at CBRE, prior to this global director of retail at GfK Research and before this lead consultant for a boutique consultancy business.

His passion is to better understand the future and to interpret trends so that businesses can adjust their way of working to meet people’s changing needs.

The relationship between people and the physical environment fascinates him and his spare time is spent wandering the high streets and shopping malls of the world. Andrew is currently wrangling with the challenge of completing his first book “Future Behaviours – the illusion of choice” to be published in late 2019.
