Curchod & Co has, for the second year running, won the prestigious title of “Surrey’s most Active Commercial Property Agent”, as selected by Estates Gazette (EG) magazine.

EG’s annual deals competition looks for the most transactions completed in the commercial property market regionally and nationally and at the county level. Over the twelve months of 2019 Curchod & Co let or sold over 510,000 sq ft of office, industrial, warehouse, retail and mixed-use accommodation within Surrey.

Nick Reeve of Curchod & Co in Farnham said: “To be recognised by Estates Gazette in this fashion two years running is a great honour, and we are very proud to have won back-to-back titles.

“Despite the continued economic uncertainty we experienced in 2019 the market remained strong with businesses of all sizes looking to acquire and dispose of property across the county.

“It is always our aim to provide our clients with the highest quality service possible and this award is a reflection of the hard work of our teams in Weybridge, Camberley, Woking and Farnham,” he added.
