Alastair Kent MRICS has joined as Head of Planning, bringing nearly 20 years’ experience of working for clients in the public and private sectors. With previous roles at Montagu Evans, Deloitte Real Estate and Carter Jonas, Alastair’s experience has seen him provide town planning and development consultancy services in both the UK and Canada – including advising on strategic property development, land and property portfolio reviews, and the preparation of planning applications for a variety of uses, including housing.

Daniel Richards has joined as Developer Support Manager, cementing CrowdProperty’s focus on providing customers with direct access to property expertise. With over 10 years’ experience in the property sector - including roles at Burchell Edwards Estate Agents, John Shepherd Sales & Lettings and butters john bee - Daniel’s knowledge and insights into the property development journey will enhance the customer experience offered by the business.
