MCA Finance are delighted to have completed a £3,000,000 for a commercial portfolio. The ownership structure consisted of a non UK resident with multiple group companies. We were able to carve selected assets and ringfence the borrowing against them only, rather than the group assets. A delighted customer who can now continue to expand their portfolio.
