Star Property are pleased to have just completed the lettings of 81 London Road, Brighton, East Sussex, 54 George Street, Hove and 20-22 Brighton Road, Worthing.

The commercial rental market continues to show excellent signs of recovery, with the uptake of commercial space continuing to improve across Sussex with new businesses opening and existing companies looking to expand with additional units.

81 London Road will soon be home to an exciting new vegan cafe / takeaway Tiger Eats Carrot run by a husband and wife team, with 54 George Street, Hove now home to a E-Scooter repair and sales shop.

20-22 Brighton Road, Worthing will see the expansion of the popular Laughing Dog cafe/restaurant currently in Brighton Marina, opening their second store  which I'm sure will be a great success.

If you have a commercial property which you are looking to rent out, then please get in touch with Commercial Director Richard Lowrey to discuss your requirements.
