Rapid elderly population growth increases the demand for senior housing projects. We are receiving a significant number of inquiries for those kinds of projects.

Currently, we are completing another care house project for the German market.

Please see below an example of a simple, fully functional bathroom pod adapted to the needs of the elderly.

All 87 bathroom pods for this senior house located in Germany are manufactured offsite at our factory.
