Barnsdales Complete Letting To Cazoo

Acting for a property company client Barnsdales are delighted to have negotiated a letting of Unit 11 Merchant Way, Wheatley Hall Road Doncaster to Cazoo.
Cazoo have taken c.18,000 sq ft on a new long FRI lease.
Jason Barnsdale MRICS, managing Director at Barnsdales commented "we had very strong interest in this unit right from the start and are delighted to have secured Cazoo for our clients, but also for Doncaster as this represents a major new motor dealership entering the Doncaster market and we are sure Cazoo will create many new jobs".
Jason went on to say "Barnsdales previously let this unit in 2014 to Alfa Romeo & Jeep and subsequently negotiated their lease surrender and we are thrilled to have now completed another major letting of the unit".
