The 2022 ARMA Annual Conference will help boost firms’ resilience to the main challenges faced in residential property management, from the new building safety regime to rising energy costs, from landmark legal cases to the threat of staff burnout. We’ll also break down the sweeping reform that is, and will be, transforming the landscape of residential leasehold management.

The Conference agenda will provide updates and debates on key issues within the sector, including:

• TPI Updates – Delivered by The Property Institute CEO, Andrew Bulmer, and its Executive Chair, Nigel Glen, covering the merger, TPI activities and the organisation’s policy work.
• Building Safety panel– With the Building Safety Act now law, it’s more important than ever for managing agents to understand their duties and responsibilities. Our panel discussion will be an interactive session working through the legal, health and safety and operational considerations relating to new building safety regulations.
• Legal Updates – Significant cases have passed through the courts in recent months. We’ll help you keep on top of landmark property cases and their implications.
• Breakout Sessions – Smaller, intimate sessions covering a ‘block’ case study, tips for improved wellbeing and resilience and advice for managing rising energy prices and Net Zero targets.
