Colliers advised Future Care Group on the sale

Aria Healthcare Group has acquired the Future Care Group (FCG), adding 18 homes to their portfolio.

Following its launch in December 2022 Aria Care has quickly cemented itself within the sector and was recognised as Best Large Care Provider at the 25th National Care Awards.

The latest acquisition represents a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy as its portfolio extends to 68 communities. Caroline Roberts, Chief Executive Officer, of Aria Care said: “We are thrilled to welcome Future Care Group to the Aria family. Our commitment remains as strong as ever to provide excellent care within our communities, recognise colleagues for their exceptional work and to provide opportunities for them to grow and develop as part of the group.”

Colliers previously acquired 12 of the assets for the Future Care Group in 2017 and were appointed on the portfolio sale last year.

Richard Harris, Co-Head of Healthcare at Colliers, added: “Following a quiet 2023 in respect of mergers and acquisitions, as well as market transactions, this year is showing signs of being a record year in terms of activity. The sale of Future Care to Aria is one of the largest trade transactions in recent years and we were delighted to have advised on the sale. This follows a series of successful healthcare disposals across the UK and with over £200million of sales in the pipeline, we expect 2024 to be a record year for the Colliers Healthcare team.”
