In his new role, Amer will manage the company’s existing broker relationships and look to originate new relationships in the broker market.

Amer joins MS Lending Group from Somo, where he spent almost 4 years working as a Business Development Manager.

“I am really excited to be joining MS Lending off the back of their biggest month lending £15m and having just secured a further £50m funding line with Pollen Street. Having started my career within bridging 4 years ago and building up my relationships with brokers across the UK I felt it was the right time to move onto something new.

When I spoke to Michael and saw MS Lending’s lofty ambitions for the future, how they have already lent over £60m since inception less than two years ago I knew this was a move in the right direction. “ said Amer.

Michael Stratton, CEO & Founder of MS Lending Group, added: “As we enter huge growth on the back of the recently acquired funding line with Pollen Street, I am delighted to welcome Amer to the team. He has a huge amount of experience, but most importantly a huge willingness to achieve, which our clients will love. He will be a great asset to the MS Lending Group team.’

Recently the business has also promoted members of the existing team; Sam Bryce has been promoted to Junior Underwriter, and Fay Cripps to Senior Business Processor. The company is also currently hiring for a number of roles within the business. Please take a look at our careers page for further information.
