Managing Director Terry Buckel founded Astute in 2006. As an ex-power generation engineer, he wanted to build a technical recruitment business that separated itself from its competitors by offering a superior level of technical qualification and industry knowledge allowing them to more accurately match the right candidates to the right opportunities.
