Business Overview

We offer independent inventories, so that our clients can relax.

Mytoor is a specialist property inventory company based in London. Our expertise is an invaluable service for agents, landlords and tenants.

We provide unbiased reports for the ever increasing need of inventories in potential disputes. Our independent service means that our clients can relax and do what they do best.

From the outset, our mission has been to create high standards in inventory reporting, including technology-based solutions to help our clients. Far too often are poor reports being deployed in the lettings market.

We pride ourselves for our quality and reliable service and are always striving for the highest standards. We aim to be a committed partner for our clients.

Our five key priorities:

– Upholding a consistently quality service

– Working with highly skilled and experienced team members

– Improving technology and innovative capabilities

– Being client focused

– Being reliable and friendly.

Client recognition testifies these standards, as is the 2019 AIIC Best Newcomer Award.

We offer four types of checks to give our clients the peace of mind they need.

1. Inventory

We can inspect a property and produce a comprehensive report detailing the condition of all relevant aspects, both internally and externally.

2. Tenant Check In

When a tenancy begins, we can produce a report detailing the condition of all relevant aspects. We also detail meter locations and readings. Keys are listed and provided to the tenant, who is asked to sign the report.

3. Interim Inspection

During a tenancy we can provide an interim report to ensure you have been made aware of any potential issues. This service can be offered at any point of a tenancy.

4. Tenant Check Out

When a tenancy ends, we can provide a comparative report of the property against the initial inventory. This report contains detailed notes of any changes. We will then pass our recommendations to our clients.
