Aprao was born in 2017 after Co-Founder Daniel Norman, realised there is a significant inefficiency in the way that real estate developments were being appraised.
Working at the time as a development finance banker, Daniel was receiving appraisals from property developers on a daily basis.
He noticed a lack of consistency in the way that property developments were being appraised and that appraisals often contained errors or missed vital information.
The vision to create a cloud based development appraisal tool was born.
Aprao is a cloud based development appraisal tool which lets users appraise sites 80% quicker with greater accuracy, consistency and efficiency.
