Experienced Estate Agent Joins Team

Caroline Ferris has recently been appointed Co-Residential Manager at our Minehead and Williton offices. Caroline will be working alongside David Lethaby assisting in the daily managerial duties of both busy offices.
It is the ideal job for Caroline, who fell in love with estate agency 15 years ago when she stepped through the doors of her first job in the industry in Taunton.
“I enjoy every moment of it. My job is very interesting, and I absolutely love it,” she said.
Born and raised in Porlock she knows West Somerset well and understands its appeal to buyers. She raised her daughters in Minehead, and they continue to live locally.
“It’s a lovely part of the world to live and work in, I can understand why so many people want to move or retire here. We have such a vast array of properties to choose from, country village properties, family homes, sea front apartments, retirement apartments and remote Exmoor farms” she said.
Caroline has a wealth of experience in local estate agency and has worked for respected firms in Taunton and Minehead throughout her lengthy career. She is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents – the professional body that ensures the highest standards across the industry.
She enjoys the process of getting both vendors and buyers from “A to B”, from initial valuation or viewing to handing over keys on completion day.
“It’s the ability to help people. People put their trust in you. It’s all about customer service,” she said.
In her spare time, she enjoys the local countryside whilst walking her rescue lurcher, Finn with husband Nick, she also enjoys gardening and more recently practicing yoga.
Caroline is delighted to have joined our team, and is looking forward to helping more people with their home moves.
With Brexit and a likely General Election looming it has never been more vital to entrust your property to an experienced agent who can sell homes in a challenging market.
