Dorchester Lettings Wins GOLD

Published by Greenslade Taylor Hunt on 29th October 2019 -

Our wonderful Dorchester office is celebrating a huge win in the British Property Awards. The team won GOLD for their first rate customer service for lettings.

Rowanne Cole, Lettings Manager at our Dorchester office, said: “We are thrilled to be receiving this award, and glad we are able to give tenants and landlords the service they deserve, especially through the difficult times the lettings industry had faced recently.”

With the effects of the tenant fee ban still being felt throughout the industry, it’s more vital than ever to have confidence in your letting agent.

Robert McLean, from The British Property Awards, said: “If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time.”

“Mystery shoppers” put the team through their paces and assessed 25 different criteria to rate their customer service – including how emails and phone calls were handled.

The prize confirms the office’s own customer feedback. A satisfied vendor said: “Outstanding service from start to finish.” Another praised the Dorchester team by saying: “In our experience GTH has to be the most efficient, friendly yet professional agents in Dorchester and the surrounding area.”
